Williams, City Manager of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, duly authorized by Section <br /> <br />17-30 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Paris, Paris, Texas, for and in consideration of the payment ofa <br /> <br />settlement amount of$3,800,OO approved by the City Council of the City of Paris in Resolution No. 2005- <br /> <br />137, being expenses incurred for work done to clean Lot 5, City Block 53, located at 552 Graham St., Paris, <br /> <br />Texas, plus accrued interest thereon at the rate often percent (10%) per annum, which was perfected in a lien <br /> <br />recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Lamar County, Texas, on the 5th day of November, 2004, and <br /> <br />recorded in Volume 1542, Page 26, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, do hereby release any and <br /> <br />all liens fixed by that certain instrument against said lot in the name of Patsy Nelson. <br /> <br />WITNESS the hand and seal of the City of Paris, this 7th day of November, 2005. <br /> <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Tony N.
