<br />1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br />NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 1 <br />AND WEST 15' OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1 OF THE ANITA PARK ADDITION, on property belonging <br />to VICTOR CHAVEZ, so as to include in such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the <br />hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a MUL TIPLE- <br />FAMIL Y DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-l), and that the boundaries of said <br />NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being part of the G. W. Cox Survey #164, and being a lot <br />conveyed to Monte Moore et ux by deed recorded in Vol. 663, Page 300, ofthe Deed <br />Records of said County and State, said Moore lot being all of Lot 1 and a part of Lot <br />2, Block 1 of Anita Park Addition, said Addition being recorded in Vol. 101, Page <br />92, of said Deed Records. <br />BEGINNING at a 1/2" capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for comer at the <br />Southwest comer of said Lot 1, at the Southwest comer of said Block 1, and at the <br />Southwest comer of said Moore Lot, said comer being the intersection ofthe North <br />Boundary Line of Margaret St. with the East Boundary Line of 17th Street SE; <br />THENCE North 0005'09" West along the East Boundary Line of said 17th <br />Street SE a distance of 150.01 feet to a hole drilled (s) in a concrete approach at the <br />Northwest comer of said Lot 1, at the Northwest comer of said Block 1, and at the <br />Northwest comer of said Moore lot; <br />THENCE South 89031'51 " East along the North Boundary Line of said Block <br />1 and along the South Boundary Line of Jones Alley a distance of 65.71 feet to a 1/2" <br />capped (JMN -4025) iron pin (s) for comer at the Northeast comer of said Moore lot, <br />said comer being the Northwest comer of a lot conveyed to Janet Renee Walker by <br />deed recorded in Vol. 443, Page 290, ofthe Real Property records of said County and <br />State, said comer also being in the North Boundary Line of said Lot 2; <br />THENCE South 0025'29" East along an old post and tree line a distance of <br />150.02 feet to a capped (JMN-4025) nail (s) in a tree root at the Southeast comer of <br />said Moore lot and at the Southwest comer of said Walker lot, said comer being in <br />the South Boundary Line of said Lot 2; <br />THENCE North 89031 '51 " West along the South Boundary Line of said <br />Block 1 and along the North Boundary Line of said Margaret Street a distance of <br />66.59 feet to the place of beginning and containing 9,922.59 square feet of land, <br />being number 1705 Margaret Street. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed <br />to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions ofthis ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each <br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and <br /> <br />r' <br />
