<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />I <br />DATE: November 29,2065 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Family Video Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Provide an inset of the current lot configuration showing City Block and lot numbers. <br />2. Show the existing zoning on the plat. <br />3. Show building lines (setbacks) and any existing easements. <br />4. Label the lot as Block A, Lot 1. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N. Williams, City Manager <br />Larry W.
