Authorizing the execution of a Tax Sale Deed conveying Lot 2, City <br />Block 251-A located at 454 West Henderson to the City of Paris. <br /> <br />I. Approving and authorizing the execution of a Water Service Contract <br />by and between the City of Paris and Tenaska III Texas Partners, a <br />Texas General Partnership. <br /> <br />J. Approving Change Order No. One to contract for construction of the <br />new Paris Police & Courts Facility. <br /> <br />K. Declaring certain utility easements of no use to the City of Paris and <br />Authorizing the execution of Abandonment of Utility Easements upon <br />portions of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block A of the Woodcastle Addition of the <br />City of Paris on property belonging to Glen Smallwood as consideration <br />for needed drainage easement across a portion of property belonging <br />to Mr. Smallwood which is Parcel #14 of the 24th Street Drainage <br />Project. <br /> <br />8. Citizens Forum. <br /> <br />(Citizens desiring to appear under this item must limit their presentation to <br />two (2) minutes in duration. Under the Open Meetings Law, because advance <br />notice of the subject matter of each presentation was not received in time to <br />appear on the agenda, City Council is limited in its response to referring the <br />matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with <br />specific factual information.
