<br />succeeding month the fee is late or twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for any portion of <br />any month that annual licensing fee is late, whichever is greater. <br />(i) The licensee shall pay a twenty dollar ($20.00) fee for each duplicate or <br />replacement license he or she requests. <br />(Ord. No. 7641, S 2, 4-27-00) <br /> <br />Sec.8C-7. License display, replacement and transferability. <br />(a) Each license issued pursuant to this chapter to a manufactured home <br />community or recreational vehicle community owner or manager shall be posted <br />and displayed by the owner, or manager in the business office of the <br />manufactured home community or recreational vehicle community or in another <br />conspicuous place to which tenants have access. <br />(b) A replacement license may be issued for one lost, destroyed, or mutilated <br />upon application on the form provided by the city. A replacement license may <br />have the word "Replacement" stamped across its face and may bear the same <br />number as the one it replaces. <br />(c) A manufactured home community or recreational vehicle community <br />license is not assignable or transferable from one person to another or from one <br />place to another. <br />(Ord. License standards. <br />The owner and manager shall maintain the manufactured home community or <br />recreational vehicle community in compliance with the provisions of this chapter <br />and with all applicable laws in order to obtain, retain, or renew a manufactured <br />home community or recreational vehicle community license. <br />(Ord. No. 7641, S 2,4-27-00) <br /> <br />Sec. 8C-9. Roster of manufactured homes and recreational vehicles. <br />(a) The owner, licensee, and manager of each manufactured home <br />communityshaU keep- a-roster of-aU manwactured-homesand recreat40nal <br />vehicles located within the manufactured home community or recreational vehicle <br />community. The roster shall contain the following information: <br />(1) The make, model, and year of each manufactured home and recreational <br />vehicle. <br />(2) The vehicle identification number and name of the owner of each <br />manufactured home and license number and name of the owner of each <br />recreational vehicle and the state issuing the license. <br />(3) Dates of each manufactured home and recreational vehicles moved into <br />and or out of the manufactured home community. <br />(b) The owner, operator, or manager shall make the roster available for <br />inspection at all times by law enforcement officers, employees of the city's <br />department of inspections, and fire department personnel. <br />(Ord.
