<br />(b) Whenever the director or fire chief is denied entry to a structure such <br />denial shall not be a violation of this chapter but the official may use the <br />resources provided by law to gain entry. <br />(Ord. No. 7641, S 2, 4-27-00) <br /> <br />Sec. 8C-21. Conditions or defects constituting an uninhabitable and <br />dangerous manufactured home community, or recreational vehicle <br />community. <br />A dangerously damaged or deteriorated manufactured home community or <br />recreational vehicle community whose condition presents a substantial danger to <br />its occupants or adjoining property or persons and which has some or all of the <br />following structural deficiencies: <br />(1) Parts that may fall and injure a person or property. <br />(2) Damage by fire, explosion, wind, vandalism, or elements of nature so that <br />there may be a danger to life, safety, or to the general health and welfare of a <br />person. <br />(3) Absence of an essential utility for forty-eight (48) hours or more. <br />(4) Inaccessibility of any part of the community to fire, police, EMS or other <br />emergency vehicles. <br />(Ord. No. 7641, S 2,4-27-00) <br /> <br />Sec. 8C-22. Time for compliance. <br />After April 27, 2000, the director or fire chief, as applicable, shall order the <br />owners whose communities are subject to these provisions to come into <br />compliance with them. Upon receipt of such notice, the owner shall, subject to <br />the applicable time limits, take necessary actions to comply with the provisions of <br />this chapter. <br />Sale or other transfer of the premises does not affect the validity and <br />enforceability of the order. A person acquiring interest in the property after an <br />order has been so filed is subject to the requirements of the order. <br />(a} - Tl:1e owner, Iand~ord, and manager gf the manufactured home commuf'lity <br />or recreational vehicle community shall comply with the setback and separation <br />requirements of this chapter when a manufactured home, recreational vehicle, or <br />accessory building is moved into or within the manufactured home community or <br />recreational vehicle community <br />(b) The owner, landlord, and operator of the manufactured home community <br />or recreational vehicle community shall comply with the accessway and driveway <br />requirements of this chapter and commence required alterations to the <br />communities within thirty (30) months of the date of the order to the owner and <br />work shall be completed within sixty (60) months from date of owner notification. <br />(c) The owner, operator, and landlord of the manufactured home community <br />or recreational vehicle community shall comply with the fire hydrant requirements <br />and shall commence work on the required alterations to the communities within <br />thirty (30) months of the date of the order to the owner and work shall be <br />completed within sixty (60) months from date of owner notification.
