Disannexing a 691.82 acre tract of land between Cox Field and US Hwy 82 East forming a portion of the current outer boundaries of the city limits of the City of Paris, second and final reading. D. Pursuant to Chapter 7 of the City Charter and Section 42.023 of the Texas Local Government Code, releasing a portion of the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, the same being a tract of land forming a portion of the current outer boundaries of the city limits of the City of Paris in response to the disannexation of said tract of land being a 691.82 acre tract of land between Cox Field and US Hwy 82 East. E. Establishing a new Special Services Department in the City of Paris. 7. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: A. Approving and authorizing the execution of a Quitclaim (Redemption) Deed for Lot 26, City Block 88, 756 6th Street NW. B. Approving and authorizing an Interlocal Agreement for E-911 Service and PSAP Equipment with Ark-Tex Council of Governments. C. Approving and authorizing the execution of Assignment of Lease between Mark Buster and the City of Paris for property at Cox Field Airport to Air Direct, LLC. D. Approving and accepting two Avigation Easements for future expansion of runways at Cox Field Airport. E. Setting a public hearing to consider a request for water service to the area bounded on the South by Highway 271, on the North by the North Boundary Line of Lot 2, City Block 347, on the East by the East Boundary Line of a private road being a part of 42nd Street S.E., also being the West Boundary Line of City Block 353, and on the West by Lot 2, City Block 347, which could be best served by a pro rata water extension beginning at the North Boundary Line of Highway 271 going North across said Lot 2 a distance of approximately 900 feet to an existing main. THIS ITEM WAS TABLED AT THE DECEMBER 12, 2005, REGULAR MEETING. SHOULD THE CITY COUNCIL WISH TO CONSIDER THIS MATTER TODAY, A MOTION TO BRING THIS ITEM FROM THE TABLE IS REQUIRED.
