<br />Motion was made for the house to be demolished within 30 days with a $1,000 per <br />day civil penalty and ifthe building is not demolished within the 30 day time period, <br />the City will demolish. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4. Receipt of report from the Historic Preservation Commission regarding structures <br />considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code <br />of Ordinances ofthe City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous <br />Buildings and Structures," and found to be buildings or structures that can be <br />rehabilitated and designated on the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded <br />Texas Historic Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of <br />the City of Paris. <br /> <br />Lisa Wright presented the memo to the Commission. <br /> <br />5.
