N.W. <br />PARIS, TX 75460 <br /> <br />hereinafter called grantee(s), the receipt of which is acknowledged and confessed, has quitclaimed and by these presents does <br />quitclaim unto said grantee(s) all of the right, title and interest of all other taxing units interested in the tax foreclosure <br />judgment against the property herein conveyed, acquired by tax foreclosure sale heretofore held under Cause No. 71093, <br />styled: Lamar County Appraisal District vs. Minnie Mason, et aI, in the district court of said county, said property being <br />located in Lamar County, Texas, and described as follows: <br /> <br />0.112 ACRE, MORE OR LESS, SITUATED IN THE LARKIN RATTAN SURVEY, CITY OF PARIS, LAMAR COUNTY, <br />TEXAS, AND DESCRIBED IN DEED DATED AUGUST 14, 1943 FROM GEMES MASON TO MINNIE MASON, RECORDED <br />IN VOLUME 268, PAGE 535, DEED RECORDS OF LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS (ACCT #15255 PARIS lSD, PARIS JR. <br />COLLEGE, CITY OF PARIS & LAMAR CO.) <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and singular the rights, privileges, and <br />appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said grantee(s), their heirs and assigns forever, so that neither grantor, <br />nor any other taxing unit interested in said tax foreclosure judgment, nor any person claiming under it and them, shall at any <br />time hereafter have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances, or any part thereof. <br /> <br />This deed is expressly given as evidence of the Grantees' full redemption of said property pursuant to Section 34.21, <br />Texas Tax Code Ann.
