<br />judgment against the property herein conveyed, acquired by tax foreclosure sale heretofore held under Cause No. 71093,

<br />TEXAS, AND DESCRIBED IN DEED DATED AUGUST 14, 1943 FROM GEMES MASON TO MINNIE MASON, RECORDED
<br />IN VOLUME 268, PAGE 535, DEED RECORDS OF LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS (ACCT #15255 PARIS lSD, PARIS JR.
<br />COLLEGE, CITY OF PARIS & LAMAR CO.)

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and singular the rights, privileges, and
<br />appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said grantee(s), their heirs and assigns forever, so that neither grantor,
<br />nor any other taxing unit interested in said tax foreclosure judgment, nor any person claiming under it and them, shall at any
<br />time hereafter have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances, or any part thereof.

<br />This deed is expressly given as evidence of the Grantees' full redemption of said property pursuant to Section 34.21,
<br />Texas Tax Code Ann. (Vernon's 1982).
