<br />"Sec. 6-22. Permits for aeronautical activities. <br /> <br />(a) No person shall engage in an aeronautical activity at Cox Field without <br />first having obtained a permit therefor from the Airport Manager. The City Clerk <br />will provide an application for such a permit to all persons desiring the same. The <br />Airport Manager will maintain forms for application for aeronautical activities, <br />which may be procured by persons desiring to engage in such activity at Cox Field. <br />A permit shall be granted if the grantee agrees to comply with all relevant provisions <br />of this article and presents proof of the insurance required under paragraph (d) of this <br />section." <br /> <br />Section 3. That Section 6- 22(b) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, <br />be, and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows: <br /> <br />"Sec. 6.22. Permits for aeronautical activities. <br /> <br />(b) Permits may be issued or renewed at any time by the Airport Manager to <br />any applicant who is found to be in compliance with all relevant provisions of this <br />Article and applicable laws. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Section 4. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a <br />Misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and <br />every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated section shall constitute and be <br />deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6.
