It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Label the lot as Block A, Lot 1. <br />2. Change East to West in the third paragraph of the field notes. <br />3. Change South to North in the fourth paragraph of the field notes. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
