The preliminary plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. Construction plans shall be submitted <br />with all the items listed on the "Development Plan Review" checklist to the Engineering <br />Department for review prior to any development at this location. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
