<br />AU that certain tract or parcel of land situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, in Lamar County, Texas; part of the Isaac Cruse Survey, Abstract No. 162, and <br />being part of a called 21,10 acre tract of land descn"bed in a Deed to Bobby Floyd and <br />Pete Farmer, and recorded in Volume 1696, Page 97, of the Real Property Records of <br />Lamar County, also being part of City Block 331- Lot 6(not recorded), and being more <br />particularly descnbed as follows~ to:wit: <br /> <br />Parcel for advertising sign construction. <br /> <br />Beginning at a ~"iron pin (set) for a comer in an East Line of Loop Highway 286 N.W. <br />and in the West Line of said 21.10 acre tract, same point being S 70023' 47" W from the <br />Northeast comer of said 21.10 acre tract; <br /> <br />Thence S 71 042' 04" E over said 21.10 acre tract, a distance of 46.619', to a ~"iron pin <br />(set) for a comer;. . <br /> <br />Thence S 180 17' 56" Waver said 21.10 acre tract, a distance of20.032', to a~" iron' <br />pin (set) for a comer; <br /> <br />Thence N 71042' 04" Waver said 21.10 acre tract, a distance of46.553', to a W' iron <br />pin (set) for a comer in said East Line of Highway 286; <br /> <br />Thence in a Northeasterly direction around a clockwise curve having an arc distance of <br />20.032', a radius of2652.409', and a 'chord ofN 180 06' 33" E, 20,232', to the Place of <br />Beginning and containing 0.021 acre ofland, <br /> <br />The bearings recited herein are based upon the Deed call of the North Line of said <br />21.10 acre tract, being East-West.
