<br />FAMIL YDWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2) WITH SPECIFIC DSE PERMIT (52) SIGNS AND <br />BILLBOARDS be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 331, on property <br />belonging to BOBBY FLOYD, so as to include in such ONE-F AMIL Y DWELLING DISTRICT <br />NO.2 (SF-2) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (52) SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS the hereinafter <br />described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-F AMIL Y DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE-F AMIL Y DWELLING DISTRICT <br />NO.2 (SF-2) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (52) SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS be, and the same <br />are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits ofthe City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being part of the Isaac Cruse Survey, Abstract No. 162, and being <br />part of a called 21.10 acre tract of land described in a Deed to Bobby Floyd and Pete <br />Farmer, and recorded in Volume 1696, Page 97, of the Real Property Records of <br />Lamar County, also being part of City Block 331 - Lot 6 (not recorded), and being <br />more particularly described as follows, to wit: <br />BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron pin (set) for a comer in the East Boundary Line <br />of Loop Highway 286 NW and in the West Boundary Line of said 21.10 acre tract, <br />same point being S 70023'47" W from the Northeast comer of said 21.10 acre tract; <br />THENCE S 71042' 04" E over said 21.10 acre tract, a distance of 46.619', to <br />a 1/2" iron pin (set) for a comer; <br />THENCE S 180 17' 56" W over said 21.10 acre tract, a distance of20.032', <br />to a 1/2" iron pin (set) for a comer; <br />THENCE N 71042' 04" W over said 21.10 acre tract, a distance of 46.553', <br />to a 1/2" iron pin (set) for a comer in said East Boundary Line of Highway 286; <br />THENCE in a Northeasterly direction around a clockwise curve having an arc <br />distance of20.032', a radius of 2652.409', and a chord ofN 18006' 33" E, 20.232', <br />to the place of beginning and containing 0.021 acre of land, being number 3625 <br />Loop 286 NW. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed <br />to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each <br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and <br />be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance shall become effective March 1, 2006. <br />
