<br />SCHEDULE J <br /> <br />Additional Considerations <br /> <br />1. Installation will be no earlier than July 1, 1994 and no later than September 24, 1994. <br /> <br />2. The Library will provide an existing UPS, 14 x existing Wyse terminals, 8 x 486 pes, 2 x <br />Epson dot matrix printer, 4 x Okidata printers, 1 x Fujitsu laser printer and 2 x Epson laser <br />printers as well as all point to point interconnecting cabling and/or wiring. Within fifteen <br />(15) days following contract award, Gaylord shall provide the library with the specifications <br />for point-to-point cables/wiring and end connectors. Specifications shall be in standard <br />industry nomenclature and of sufficient detail to permit the library to correctly identify and <br />install the require{} item(s). Maintenance and operability of said equipment will be the <br />responsibility of the library. <br /> <br />3. If, within 180 days of installation, the Library is not completely satisfied with the <br />GALAXY@ System, the Library may return it to Gaylord and receive a refund of all <br />monies paid. This guarantee warrants the Library's satisfaction with the entire system and <br />does not encompass return of individual modules or refunds or discounts for not using parts <br />of the GALAXY system. <br /> <br />4. Returned Goods Authorization. Gaylord must authorize any goods to be returned prior to <br />return shipment, and the address label should include the return authorization number. Cost <br />of return shipment is the library's responsibility.Returned goods received in acceptable <br />resale condition as determined by Gaylord will result in a credit on account for the amount <br />of the sale less a 20% handling and restocking charge. Custom products, such as barcode <br />labels, are not returnable. <br /> <br />5. De-duplication of the library's MARC records may be ordered under separate cover at a <br />cost of $0.02 cents per record. <br /> <br />6.
