EXHIBIT 0 THE APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS Contractor shall comply with the Act and Regulations specified in Section 3 of this contract and with the OMB Circulars specified in Section 6 of this contract; Cash Management Improvement Act regulations (31 C.F.R. Part 205); and with all other federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the activities and perfonnances rendered by Contractor under this contract including but not limited to the laws, and the regulations promulgated thereunder specified in Section I through VI of this Exhibit D. I. CIVIL RIGHTS Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (42 U.S.C. Section 2000d et.seq.); 24 C.F.R. Part I, "Nondiscnmination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Housing and Urban Development - Effectuation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964"; Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, "The Fair Housing Act of 1968" (42 U.S.C. The failure or refusal of Contractor to comply with the requirements of Executive Order 11063 or 24 C.F.R. Part 107 shall be a proper basis for the imposition of sanctions specified in 24 C.F.R. 107.60; The Age Discnmination Act of 1975 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 6101 et seq.); Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C.
