Tenant may terminate this lease at any time should it be <br />determined by Tenant to be necessary to move for Tenant's personal <br />safety, as well as the safety of the property. <br /> <br />2. Tenant may erect whatever gates or security devices as <br />necessary at Tenant's expense. <br /> <br />3. Landlord acknowledges that stained glass on either side <br />of front door is bowed/buckled and will hold Tenant harmless from <br />any further damage to same and replace with suitable material if <br />necessary. <br /> <br />4. Landlord will pay for cleaning property prior to Tenant' s <br />occupancy. <br /> <br />5. Tenants agree that Landlord may remove that certain light <br />fixture previously mentioned (unknown to Tenant at this point which <br />light fixture), provided that it is replaced with a suitable <br />fixture. <br />
