<br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-050 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Visitors and <br />Convention Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, due to the <br />ineligibility of Jim Bell, and it is necessary to appoint his successor, and the Mayor <br />of the City of Paris, Don Shelton, having appointed Wayne Brown to serve the <br />unexpired term of Jim Bell, which ends December 31, 1995, and has submitted the <br />name of such person to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />that the appointment of Wayne Brown, as a member of the Visitors and Convention <br />Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, to serve the unexpired term <br />of Jim Bell, which ends December 31, 1995, is by the City Council of the City of <br />Paris hereby approved and confirmed. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~C\-J~) <br />Mattie Cunningham, CIty Cler <br /> <br /> <br />T.
