<br />The City of Paris, a municipal corporation, by and through George Fisher,
<br />
<br />its Mayor, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other
<br />
<br />good and valuable consideration, to us in hand, the receipt of which is hereby
<br />
<br />acknowledged by the City of Paris, does hereby abandon and quitclaim unto BOBBY
<br />
<br />J. FLOYD and wife, JAN FLOYD, of the county of Lamar, state of Texas, on April
<br />
<br />25, 1994, and to their heirs, devisees, or assigns, all the right, title, interest, claim,
<br />
<br />demand or use the City may have acquired by a certain Easement shown in the
<br />
<br />Replat of Lots I, 2, & 4, Block 'A', Morningside North HI, as recorded in
<br />
<br />Envelope 312-0, Plat Records of Lamar County, Texas for utilities under the
<br />
<br />hereinafter described premises, more particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris,
<br />County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach
<br />Survey #524, and being a part of a utility easement and a part of Lot
<br />4, Block" A" Morningside North #1, as shown in the Replat of Lots
<br />1, 2, & 4, Block "A", Morningside North #1, as recorded in Env.
<br />312-0, Plat Records of said County and State.
<br />BEGINNING at point for corner in the NBL of Lot 4 and the
<br />SBL of Lot 3 at the NEC of said Utility Easement, said point being
<br />North 89 Deg. 32 Min. West, a distance of 87 feet from an iron pin
<br />(0 at the NEC of said Lot 4 and the SEC of Lot 3, said point also
<br />being in the NBL of a 0.724 acre tract of land surveyed out of said
<br />Lot 4 and Lot 5.
<br />THENCE North 89 Deg. 32 Min. West along the NBL of Lot
<br />4 at 15 feet passing the SWC of Lot 3 and the SEC of Lot 2, and
<br />continuing with the SBL of said Lot 2 a total distance of 102.9 feet to
<br />a point for corner at an el corner of said Easement, said point being
<br />South 89 Deg. 32 Min. East a distance of 10 feet from an iron pin (s)
<br />in an iron pipe (0 at the NWC of said 0.724 acre tract;
<br />THENCE South 0 Deg. 26 Min. West a distance of 15 feet to
<br />a point for corner;
<br />THENCE South 89 Deg. 32 Min. East a distance of 102.9 feet
<br />to a point for corner;
<br />THENCE North 0 Deg. 26 Min. East a distance of 15 feet to
<br />the place of beginning, containing 1,543.5 square feet, more or less.
