<br />TAX RESALE DEED <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS } <br />} <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR } <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />That the CITY OF PARIS, acting through its Mayor, PARIS <br />INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, acting through its President of Board of <br />Eduction, PARIS JUNIOR COLLEGE, acting through it s President of Board of <br />Regents and LAMAR COUNTY, acting through its County Judge, hereunto duly <br />authorized by resolution and order of the City Council, Board of Education, Board <br />of Regents and County Commissioners Court, which is duly recorded in the official <br />Minutes Books of the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT, PARIS JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT and LAMAR COUNTY of <br />Lamar County, Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of $1 ,500.00 cash in hand <br />paid by <br /> <br />OSCAR JOHNSON <br />719 Ash Street <br />Paris, TX 75460 <br /> <br />the receipt of which is acknowledged and confessed, has conveyed and quitclaimed <br />and by these presents does convey and quitclaim unto said purchaser all of the right, <br />title and interest of CITY OF PARIS, PARIS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT, PARIS JUNIOR COLLEGE and LAMAR COUNTY and all other taxing <br />units interested in the tax foreclosure judgment against the property herein conveyed, <br />acquired by tax foreclosure sale heretofore held, said property being located in the <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, PARIS JUNIOR <br />COLLEGE DISTRICT, LAMAR COUNTY, Texas, and described as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County, <br />of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Isaiah Davis Survey, being <br />Lot 1, City Block 93-D, also being that property more particularly <br />described in Volume 141, Page 28, Deed Records of Lamar County, <br />Texas. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and singular <br />the rights, privileges, and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the <br />said grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, so that neither the CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, PARIS JUNIOR COLLEGE <br />DISTRICT and LAMAR COUNTY, nor any other taxing unit interested in said tax <br />foreclosure judgment, nor any person claiming under it and them, shall at any time <br />hereafter have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or <br />appurtenances, or any part thereof. <br /> <br />tXHIBIT A <br />
