<br />(8) The applicant assures that it will required that every <br />recipient required to formulate and Equal Employment Opportunity <br />Program (EEOP), in accordance with 28 CFR 42.301 et seq., submit a <br />certification to the state that it has a current EEOP on file which <br />meets the requirements therein. <br /> <br />(9) The applicant assures that it will provide an EEOP, if <br />required to maintain one, where the application is for $50,000 or <br />more. <br /> <br />(10) The applicant assures that it will comply with the <br />provisions of the Office of the Justice Programs' "Financial and <br />Administrative Guide for Grants", M7100.1D. <br /> <br />(11) The applicant assures that it will comply with the <br />provisions of 28 CFR applicable to grants and cooperative <br />agreements, including Part II, Applicability of Office of <br />Management and Budget Circulars; Part 18, Administrative Review <br />Procedures; Part 20, Criminal Justice Information Systems i Part 22, <br />Confidentiality of Identifiable Research and Statistical <br />Information; Part 23, Criminal Intelligence Systems Operating <br />Policies; Part 30, Intergovernmental Review of Department of <br />Justice Programs and Activities; Part 42, Nondiscrimination Equal <br />Employment Opportunity policies and Procedures; Part 61, procedures <br />for Implementing the National Environmental Policy Act; and part <br />63, Floodplain Management and Wetland Protection Procedures. <br /> <br />(12) The applicant assures that when issuing statements, press <br />releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, and other <br />documents describing projects or programs funded in whole or in <br />part with federal money, all grantees receiving federal funds, <br />including but not limited to state and local governments, shall <br />clearly state (1) the percentage of the total cost of the program <br />or project which will be financed with federal money, and (2) the <br />dollar amount of federal funds for the project or program. <br />
