1994-009-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL DID HERETOFORE THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS

RESOLUTION NO. 94-009 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and specifications for a project of construction for the Water Treatment Plant Expansion; and, WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been prepared by Burcher, Willis & Ratliff, with the title being given thereto of "Water Treatment Plant Expansion Vol. II _ Controls & Instrumentation" Project, which plans and specifications are recommended for approval by the City Engineer of the City of Paris; and, WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be approved and such project should be advertised for bids; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the plans and specifications for the Water Treatment Plant Expansion Vol. II - Controls & Instrumentation Project be, and are hereby approved; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such Water Treatment Plant Expansion V 01. II _ Controls & Instrumentation Project should be advertised for bids to be received after due notice at the office of the City Manager of the City of Paris, City Hall, 135 1st Street S.E., Paris, Texas 75460, until 3:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, March 1, 1994, at which time said bids will be opened in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 135 1st Street S.E., Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and bids will be tabulated and presented to the City Council on the 10th day of March, 1994, for the purpose of letting such bid.
