Conder 7 0 7 <br />Write-In Candidate 0 0 0 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 01' THE CITY <br />01' PARIS, that, in accordance with Ordinance No. 98-016, which declared unopposed candidates <br />in Districts 1 and 2 elected to office, and from the above and foregoing canvass of the returns of <br />the votes in the two (2) respective voting boxes in such election, it is declared and determined that <br />Mary Ann Reed Fisher is the person declared elected under the authority of V.T.C.A., Election <br />Code, Section 2.053, as Council member from District One (l), and is therefore elected to serve <br />as Council member from District One (1) and a member of the City Council of the City of Paris <br />for the ensuing two (2) years; that Kevin Gray is the person declared elected under the authority <br />of V.T.C.A., Election Code, Section 2.053, as Council member from District Two (2), and is <br />therefore elected to serve as Council member from District Two (2) and as a member of the City <br />Council of the City of Paris for the ensuing two (2) years; that Gene McWaters, Jr. is the person <br />receiving the highest number of votes of the votes cast at such election for Council member from <br />District Three (3), and is therefore elected to serve as Council member from District Three (3) <br />and as a member of the City Council of the City of Paris for the ensuing two (2) years; and that <br />Charles Neeley is the person receiving the highest number of votes of the votes cast at such <br />election for Council member from District Six (6), and is therefore elected to serve as Council <br />member from District Six (6) and as a member of the City Council of the City of Paris for the <br />ensuing two (2) years. <br />
