Authorizing the Filing of a Grant Application with the Ark-Tex Council <br />of Governments for a Regional Solid Waste Grants Program Grant. <br /> <br />D. Approving and consenting to the transfer and control of the Cox <br />Southwest Holdings, L.P. Cable Franchise to Cebridge Acquisition, L.P. <br />d/b/a Cebridge Connections, subject to Cebridge's compliance with <br />provisions contained in said Cable Franchise. <br /> <br />E. Approving and consenting to an Assignment of the Lease Agreement <br />for Legion Airport properties, West of Northwest 19th Street in Paris, <br />Texas between the City of Paris and Cox Southwest Holdings, L.P. to <br />Cebridge Acquisition Co. LLC. <br /> <br />7. Discussion of future for the Drug Task Force. <br /> <br />8. Consideration of and action on a resolution authorizing an application for a <br />Criminal Justice grant from the United States Department of Justice to <br />develop a Felony Crimes Unit through the Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) <br />Program. <br /> <br />9.
