<br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-028
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 4th day of
<br />February, 1993, in Resolution No.93-012, approve the execution of the Cox Field Fixed Base
<br />Operator Lease with J. B. Richey, Inc.; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 14th day of
<br />February, 1994, in Resolution No. 94-014, which was amended on the 9th day of February, 1998,
<br />by Resolution No. 98-019, approve the execution of Addendum Number One to said Cox Field
<br />Fixed Base Operator Lease, which changed the dimensions and the amount of rent to be paid for
<br />office space being used by the Fixed Base Operator; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, in order to provide for the temporary relocation of the Fixed Base Operator
<br />and the Airport Manager during the raising and reconstruction of the terminal at Cox Field
<br />Airport, it is deemed appropriate that the terms of such Fixed Base Operator Lease be revised;
<br />and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the form of Addendum Number Two to Cox Field Fixed Base Operator Lease
<br />dated February 4, 1993, between the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, andJ. B. Richey, Inc., attached
<br />hereto as Exhibit A, should, in all things, be approved, and the City Manager, Michael E.
<br />Malone, should be authorized to execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
<br />form of Addendum Number Two to Cox Field Fixed Base Operator Lease dated February 4, 1993,
<br />between the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and J. B. Richey, Inc., attached hereto as Exhibit A, be,
<br />and the same is hereby, approved; and,
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager, Michael E. Malone, be, and he
<br />is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, Addendum Number
<br />Two to said Fixed Base Operator Lease, under the terms and conditions and in the form shown
<br />in Exhibit A, attached hereto.
