<br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-019
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 14th day of
<br />February, 1994, pass Resolution No. 97-014, which said Resolution was incorrect and requires
<br />correction; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
<br />Resolution No. 94-014, be, and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows:
<br />
<br />"WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on
<br />February 4, 1993, in Resolution No. 93-012, approve the Cox Field Fixed Base
<br />Operator Lease to J. B. RICHEY, INC.; and,
<br />
<br />"WHEREAS, the terms of the lease agreement are in need of revision; and,
<br />
<br />"WHEREAS, the form of Addendum Number One to Lease Agreement
<br />dated February 4, 1993, attached hereto as Exhibit A, should, in all things, be
<br />approved, and the Mayor, George Fisher, should be authorized to execute the
<br />same; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />
<br />"BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS, that the form of Addendum Number One to Lease Agreement dated
<br />February 4, 1993, with J. B. Richey, Inc., attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and
<br />the same is hereby, approved; and,
<br />
<br />"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Paris,
<br />George Fisher, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf
<br />of the City of Paris, Addendum Number One to Lease Agreement dated February
<br />14, 1994, under the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A,
<br />attached hereto."
