<br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-044 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership <br />of the Planning and Zoning Commission due to the <br />resignation of Billy Joe Burnett, and it is necessary to <br />appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris, Eric S. Clifford, having appointed Bill Davidson <br />to serve the unexpired term of Billy Joe Burnett, which <br />ends December 31, 1991, and has submitted the name of <br />such person to the City Council of the City of Paris; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: That the appointment of Bill Davidson, as a <br />member of the Planning and Zoning Commission to serve <br />the unexpired term of Billy Joe Burnett, which ends <br />December 31, 1991, is by the City Council of the City of <br />Paris hereby approved and confirmed. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of May, 1990. <br /> <br />//1/ <br />7\'"~~({ /L~ ~) <br /> <br />Eric S.
