<br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-031 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore, in Resolution No. 89-135, award the contract for <br />the Drainage Structures on Big Sandy Creek Tributary Number 6 <br />at 26th S.E. Street, Culbertson Street and Hubbard Street <br />Project to Shuster & Walker, Inc. of Sherman, Texas; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Earl Smith, acting as <br />project engineer of said project recommends the amendment of <br />said contract by Change Order No. One and Final attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "All, which provides for a net decrease in <br />contract price of $4,000.42 for a total of $80,419.58 to <br />adjust As-Bid Quantities to As-Built Quantities, and such <br />form should be approved, and the Mayor should be authorized <br />to execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the Drainage Structures on Big Sandy Creek <br />Tributary Number 6 at 26th S.E. Street, Culbertson Street and <br />Hubbard Street Project contract is hereby amended by Change <br />Order No. One and Final attached hereto as Exh i bit "A", <br />providing for a net decrease in contract price of $4,000.42 <br />for a total of $80,419.58 to adjust As-Bid Quantities to <br />As-Built Quantities, which is in all things approved; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris, Eric Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed on behalf of the City of Paris to execute said <br />Change Order No. One and Final. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of April, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Eric S. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
