<br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-021 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council of the City of Paris <br />that there is an alley running East and West between BOOtll Street and Tudor Street, BEGINNING <br />at the West Boundary Line of 19th Street N.E.,West to the East Boundary Line of 17th Street <br />N.E.; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council that the alley is not <br />desired by the property owners adjacent to said alley, but that said alley is of use and necessary <br />to the City of Paris and its citizens for drainage and utility easement purposes; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the <br />Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to <br />execute a special warranty deed conveying, in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, the <br />City's interest in the closed alley located between Booth Street and Tudor Street, beginning at the <br />West Boundary Line of 19th Street N.E., West to the East Boundary Line of 17th Street N.E.,to <br />the adjacent owners on either side of said alley, it appearing that the real and true owners of the <br />hereinafter described lots are as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, City Block 227-B <br />1715-35 East Booth Street <br /> <br />Martin Rosson <br />1735 East Booth Street <br /> <br />Lot 3, City Block 227-B <br />1801 East Booth Street <br /> <br />Margie Ford c/o Nadine Ammons <br />1808 East Booth Street <br /> <br />Lot 4, City Block 227-B <br />1815 East Booth Street <br /> <br />Donald Kelley <br />P.
