<br />That we, William deG. Hayden and wife, Elizabeth J. Hayden, of the County of

<br />Lamar, State of Texas, as a gift and without the payment to us or either of us of any consideration

<br />whatever, do hereby Give, Grant, Convey, Deliver, and Confirm unto the CITY OF PARIS, of
<br />
<br />the County of Lamar, State of Texas, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 9037, Paris, Texas
<br />
<br />75461-9037, to be used specifically by !he Lamar County Historical Society for use as the Paris
<br />
<br />and Lamar County Historical Museum, all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lamar
<br />
<br />County, Texas, and described as follows:

<br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County
<br />of Lamar, State of Texas, being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey No. 479,
<br />and being a part of Lot 6, City Block 129-A, being the same property
<br />described in deed from Fred M. Willoughby to William deG. Hayden and
<br />wife, Elizabetll J. Hayden, dated February 13, 1998, recorded in Book 752,
<br />Page 88, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lot 6, City Block 129-A;
<br />THENCE along the east boundary line of said Lot 6 a distance of 155
<br />feet, more or less;
<br />THENCE westerly, a distance of approximately 564 feet to the
<br />northeast corner of the building to be donated, being the point of beginning;
<br />THENCE westerly with the wall of building a distance of 60 feet;
<br />THENCE southerly with the wall of building a distance of 121 feet;
<br />THENCE easterly with the wall of building a distance of 60 feet;
<br />THENCE northerly with the wall of building a distance of 121 feet
<br />to the northeast corner and point of beginning, and containing approximately
<br />7,260 square feet.
