<br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-174
<br />JOINT RESOLUTION NO. J98-o03
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Dr. Gordon B. Strom, Ir., Dr. Caroline Wilson, Mrs.
<br />Robert Norment, Dr. Ed Clark, and Rev. Samuel Evans, as members of the Paris-Lamar County
<br />Board of Health, will expire on December 31, 1998; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Charles H. Neeley, with the advice of the
<br />County Judge of Lamar County, Texas, does hereby recommend the reappointment of Dr. Gordon
<br />B. Strom, Jr., Dr. Caroline Wilson, Mrs. Robert Norment, Dr. Ed Clark, and Rev. Samuel
<br />Evans, for terms of two (2) years, beginning January l, 1999, and ending December 31,2000;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS AND THE
<br />COMMISSIONERS COURT OF THE COUNTY OF LAMAR, that Dr. Gordon B. Strom, Jf.,
<br />Dr. Caroline Wilson, Mrs. Robert Norment, Dr. Ed Clark, and Rev. Samuel Evans be, and they
<br />are hereby, reappointed to serve as members of the Paris-Lamar County Board of Health for terms
<br />of two (2) years, beginning January 1,1999, and ending December 31,2000.
<br />
<br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 1998.
