<br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-150 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rural Development Division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture <br />provides funding for Community Facilities Program Loans; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is desirous of processing a loan <br />application under the Community Facilities Loan Program in an amount not to exceed $1.5 million <br />for use in proceeding with Phase II of the Fire Service Plan, being the construction of Fire Station <br />No.2 and Fire Station No.4; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br />1. That an application be made to the Rural Economic and Community Development <br />Agency for a Community Facilities Program loan in an amount not to exceed $1.5 million for use <br />in proceeding with Phase II of the Fire Service Plan, being the construction of Fire Station No. <br />2 and Fire Station No.4. <br /> <br />2. That Michael E.
