Consideration of and action on the petition of Bobby Floyd for a <br />change in zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No.2 (SF-2) <br />to a One-Family Dwelling District No.2 (SF-2) With Specific Use <br />Permit (52) Signs and Billboards on a Part of Lot 6, City Block 331, <br />being number 3625 Loop 286 NW. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve Brad Archer, seconded by Bobby <br />~Iyers. Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat for Family Video, Lots <br />8 and 9, City Block 224, being number 2010 Lamar Avenue. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the Preliminary Plat by Brad Archer, <br />seconded by Russell McCain, subject to the City Engineer's memo <br />dated January 30, 2006, and subject to changing all references from <br />20th Street NE to 20th Street SE and adding a basis for bearing. <br />Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />6. Consideration-oland action on tlrdreliminarYP\.atoo-Pal'tof.Lot-'Z, <br />City Block 318 and Lot 1 of East Park Center of Prospera Place, <br />being number 3205 Loop 286 NE. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the Preliminary Plat by Carl Lucas, <br />seconded by Bobby Myers, subjectto the City Engineer's memo dated <br />January 30, 2006. Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat on Lot 1, Block A, of the <br />Park Place Center (Toyota), being number 3235 Loop 286 NE. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the Final Plat by Carl Lucas, seconded <br />by Bob by Myers, subject to the City Engineer's memo dated January <br />30, 2006.
