If we do not provide the space to serve them, they will have to seek additional space out of <br />the Paris area and the commitment required on their part may have a negative impact on volume retained in <br />Paris. We Pack currently has 154 full time employees within the City of Paris with full benefits including <br />health insurance, 401 k, paid vacations and holidays, access to dental, vision, and disability insurance, and an <br />annual payroll of$3,647,000. <br /> <br />12. W., Paris, Texas with the construction of a new building. In addition to <br />retaining the current jobs, we are confident that providing our customers with warehouse space in the Paris area <br />that is cheaper than warehouse space obtained elsewhere will help lower their costs and enable them to obtain <br />more volume because of these lowered costs. This additional volume should lead to more employment <br />opportunities for both We Pack and their customers. <br /> <br />16.
