Jim Coplin is requesting that the property located on Lot 4, City Block 259, being number <br />2565 E. Cherry, be rezoned from a One-Family Dwelling District No.2 (SF-2) to a Multiple- <br />Family Dwelling District No.1 (MF-I). The Comprehensive Plan recommends that this <br />property be zoned Moderate Density Residential, and there are currently several duplexes in <br />the vicinity. <br /> <br />cc: City Attorney's Office <br /> <br />T <br />
