Chief <br />Louis informed Council there is an open house April 8th from 10:00 a.m. until <br />5:00 p.m. and April 9th from 1 :00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. The first operational <br />day will be April 12th. <br /> <br />B. Jon Clack - status report regarding Drought Contingency Plan. Jon Clack <br />informed Council that the lake levels were above 80% and had been at that <br />level for more than seven days, thus the draft contingency plan had been <br />rescinded. <br /> <br />15.
