MARCH 13.2006 <br />12:00 O'CLOCK P.M. <br /> <br />1. The Historic Preservation Commission meeting was called to order by <br />Chairman Arvin Starrett at 12:00 P.M. <br /> <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Barbara Wilson, Vice Chairman <br />Jerry Raper <br />Paul Denney <br />Alternates: Brian Wear <br /> <br />The following members were absent: <br />Alternate: Becki Norment <br />Sue Lancaster <br />Ann Rogers, Secretary <br />Claudia Hunt <br /> <br />B. Also present were Lisa Wright, Historic Preservation Officer, and <br />Bethany Golden, Main Street Coordinator/Asst. HPO. <br /> <br />2. Consideration of and action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness: <br /> <br />A. 361 Grand Avenue. Salvation Army. Although representatives from <br />KBI had said they would be in attendance, there was no one present to <br />speak for the requested COA, Chairman Starrett announced that the <br />meeting would be continued to the following business day, March 14, <br />2006, at 12:00 noon, in order to contact Salvation Army representatives <br />to ensure that someone is present. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 12:03 P.M. <br /> <br />APPROVED THIS 12TH DAY OF APRIL, 2006. <br /> <br />Arvin Starrett, Chairman <br /> <br />.. - r <br />
