It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br />I. Add "May 2006" to the Title Block. <br />2. Provide a name for the plat and label the lot as Block A, Lot 1. <br />3. Show the current zoning as commercial. <br />4. Add a IS-foot utility easement along the east side of the lot. <br />5. Show the existing lot configuration on an inset. <br />6. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris Engineering Department for review. The <br />plan should include: grading, drainage and proposed construction. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
