<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City ouncil <br />Planning and Zo i ommlSSlOn <br /> <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Shawn Napier, P. <br />City Engineer I i ct r of Public Works <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />April 26, 2006 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: City Block 321, Lot I-B <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br />1. Add "May 2006" to the Title Block. <br />2. Provide a name for the plat and label the lot as Block A, Lot 1. <br />3. Show the current zoning as commercial. <br />4. Add a 15-foot utility easement along the east side of the lot. <br />5. Show the existing lot configuration on an inset. <br />6. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris Engineering Depm1ment for review. The <br />plan should include: grading, drainage and proposed construction. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
