It appears that the replat complies <br />with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Provide a contact person for the owner. <br />2. Revise the adjacent subdivision name to Paris Town Crossing Addition. <br />3. Add the subdivision name (as listed above) to the title block. <br />4. Change the date in the title block to May 2006. <br />5. Extend the 20-foot utility easement that parallels Loop 286. <br />6. Add a IS-foot utility easement that will connect the 20-foot easement in No,S to the <br />existing 20-foot easement on the east side of the subdivision. <br />7. Provide a finished floor elevation. <br />8. Title the dedication statement and surveyor's certification. <br />9, Change the 20-foot utility easement at the creek to a 30-foot drainage easement. <br />10. Delete part of the existing 10- foot utility easement on the east side of the original lot to <br />allow for the building construction. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the replat upon completion of the above items, <br /> <br />cc: Tony N, Williams, City Manager <br />Lisa Wright, Director of Community Development <br />Kenneth Jones, P.E., R.P.L.S., Hayter Engineering Inc. <br />
