Consideration of and action on a resolution approving and authorizing a Tax Abatement Agreement between the City of Paris and Kimberly- Clark Corporation. 7. Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 7 of the City Charter and Section 43.142 of the Local Government Code, to consider the disannexation of an 825.08 acre tract of land on U.S. Highway 271 South, located south of Cox Field Airport forming a portion of the current outer boundaries of the city limits of the City of Paris. 8. Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 7 of the City Charter and Section 43.142 of the Local Government Code, to consider the disannexation of a 116.41 acre tract of land at State Hwy 19/24 South forming a portion of the current outer boundaries of the city limits of the City of Paris. 9. Consideration of and action on the following ordinances: A. Third and final reading of an ordinance granting to TXU Electric Delivery Company, its successors and assigns, the non-exclusive right to use and occupy right-of-way within the City of Paris for the construction and operation of an electric transmission and distribution system, and prescribing conditions governing the use of the public rights-of-way in the City of Paris. B. Revising Section 31-65 (b) ofthe Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris and revising the Traffic Control Map to provide for a No Parking Zone on the south side of East Price Street from the west curb line of 20th Street NE to the east curb line of 17th Street NE. ,......- ..
