<br />SECTION 18. FUTURE AMENDMENTS. <br /> <br />This Ordinance may be amended only by the mutual written agreement of the City and <br />the Company. <br />SECTION 19. ORDINANCE PASSED AT PUBLIC MEETING. <br /> <br />It is hereby officially found that the meeting at which this Ordinance is passed is open to <br /> <br />the public and that due notice of this meeting was posted, all as required by law. <br /> <br />SECTION 20. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />If Company accepts this ordinance, by the filing of its written acceptance, this ordinance <br />shall be effective as of July 1, 2006. <br />SECTION 21.
