<br />EXERCISE OF OPTION <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />) <br />) <br />) <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Archers for Christ did heretofore, <br />on the 10th day of September, 2001, execute a Lease Agreement for that portion of Lake Crook <br />property described on Exhibit A to said lease, attached thereto and made a part thereof, with the <br />CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, a municipal corporation. <br /> <br />Archers for Christ does hereby exercise its option to extend the term of said lease for use <br />of tracts One (1) and Seven (7) for additional five (5) consecutive one (1) year terms beginning <br />October 1,2006, and ending September 30,2007, with subsequent one (1) year terms on the <br />anniversary date thereafter, ending September 30, 2011 in accordance with the terms of said <br />Lease Agreement dated September 10, 2001. <br /> <br />SIGNED this <br /> <br />day of May, 2006. <br /> <br />ARCHERS FOR CHRIST, LESSEE <br /> <br />Mark Rothfuss, President <br /> <br />Acceptance of the above Exercise of Option is acknowledged this 22nd day of May, <br /> <br />2006. <br /> <br />CITY OF PARIS <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Tony N.
