Second Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 7 of the City Charter and Section <br />43.142 of the local Government Code, to consider the disannexation of an <br />825.08 acre tract of land on U.S. Highway 271 South, located south of Cox <br />Field Airport forming a portion of the current outer boundaries of the city <br />limits of the City of Paris. <br /> <br />11. Second Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 7 of the City Charter and Section <br />43.142 of the local Government Code, to consider the disannexation of a <br />116.41 acre tract of land at State Hwy 19/24 South forming a portion of the <br />current outer boundaries of the city limits of the City of Paris. <br /> <br />12. Consideration of and action on the following ordinances. <br /> <br />A. Disannexing a 2.50 acre tract of land located on the Southeasterly side <br />of FM 195 approximately 530 feet Northeast of lakeshore Drive forming <br />a portion of the current outer boundaries of the city limits of the City of <br />Paris, in response to a petition for such disannexation filed by Bob D. <br />Ables and Sandra L. Ables. <br /> <br />13. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions. <br /> <br />A. Authorizing the Cities Aggregation Power Project, Inc. (CAPP) to <br />negotiate an Electric Supply Agreement for deliveries of electricity <br />effective January 1,2007; authorizing the Mayor to sign a contract with <br />CAPP for the City of Paris' 2007 and 2008 electricity needs; and <br />committing to budget for energy purchases in 2007 and 2008 and to <br />honor the City of Paris' commitments to purchase power for its <br />electrical needs in 2007 and 2008 through CAPPo <br />
