'. <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Meadow Park Addition Phase IV <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Provide an off-site drainage easement from the proposed Choctaw Lane gomg east <br />toward the creek. <br />2. Move the fire hydrant on the south side of lot 7, Block 'A' to the north side of lot 7 to <br />avoid the franchise utilities in the east-west easement. <br />3. Show all trees that are over 19-inches in diameter. <br />4. The creek that flows through Block C, Lot 1 shall be at least concrete lined per the City <br />of Paris Code of Ordinances, Appendix B-Subdivision Regulations, Section VIII. E. <br />Drainage. <br />S. Provide a drainage easement for the creek. <br />6. Provide the creek top of bank locations and bottom widths. <br />7. Provide elevations for the contour lines and provide elevations on Block C, Lot 1. <br />8. The front 1/3 of the development is currently zoned Agriculture. This area will need to <br />be rezoned to SF-2. <br />9. Provide construction plans to the Engineering Department. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
