It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions: <br /> <br />1. Label the comer monuments as S.I.P. (set iron pin). <br />2. Change the five-foot utility easement along the South side of U.S. 82 to lO-feet wide. <br />3. Label the Approval Certification on the plat. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
