It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception. <br /> <br />1. Change May 2006 to June 2006 in the Title Block. <br />2. Add Block A after lot 1 in the Title Block. <br />3. Add a 1 O-foot utility easement along Spur 139. <br />4. Show the storm sewer pipe location (grayed out) on the plat. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
