<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br /> <br />fPublic Wor~s <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />, '. <br /> <br />DATE: June 2, 2006 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Spur 139 Business Park <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br />1. Add "June 2006" to the Title Block. <br />2. Provide an address and phone number for the owner. <br />3. Change the lot number to 1 and add Block B. <br />4. Add a 10-foot utility easement along both Spur 139 and F.M. 195. <br />5. Add the two following notes: "Preliminary Plat for Inspection Purpose Only" and <br />"Approved for Preparation of Final Plat" and a signature line. <br />6. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris Engineering Department for review. The <br />plan should include: grading, drainage, utilities and proposed construction. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
