<br />DRAFT <br /> <br />F:A TORNEY\RESWORK\CURRENT\ Appt - P&Z - Expired 2006 <br />June 5, 2006 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND <br />ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER <br />FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Barbara Forest, Russell McCain, and Richard Hunt, <br />as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on June <br />30, 2006; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment <br />of Barbara Forest and Richard Hunt, and the appointment of Fran Neeley for terms of three (3) <br />years, beginning July 1,2006, and ending June 30, 2009; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS. <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That Barbara Forest and Richard Hunt be, and they are hereby, reappointed, <br />and that Fran Neeley be, and she is hereby, appointed to serve as members of the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning July 1,2006, and <br />ending June 30, 2009. <br /> <br />Section 3.
