Expired 2006 <br />June 5, 2006 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE TRAFFIC <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER FINDINGS <br />AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term of office of Jon McFadden, as a member of the Traffic Commission <br />of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 2006; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment of <br />Jon McFadden for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 30, 2006, and ending June 30, 2009; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS. <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things <br />approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That Jon McFadden be, and he is hereby, reappointed, to serve as a member of <br />the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris for a terms of three (3) years, beginning June 1,2006 <br />and ending . <br /> <br />Section 3.
